Each week, Major League Fishing celebrates some of the most accomplished anglers in the history of the sport though the newly established Top 10 Club – a group of 1,800-plus anglers who have earned 10 or more Top 10 finishes in MLF tournaments throughout their careers.

No matter how you slice it, 75 Top 10s, 14 wins and more than half a million in career winnings is one heck of a fishing career – and Lexington, North Carolina’s David Wright is still going strong. The eight-time All-American qualifier has been a staple in the Phoenix Boats Bass Fishing League Presented by T-H Marine Supplies Piedmont Division since 1995 (to go along with a handful of other BFL Divisions) and fished several seasons on the Toyota USA Series and FLW Tour as well. Wright’s 2009 Piedmont Division AOY and 2003 All-American fifth-place finish highlight a remarkable career that puts him in esteemed company in the history of FLW/MLF.
