Today we dropped off our first Go Win Red Balloon on the porch because the person wasn't there. I'm really excited about this. We are no longer limited to delivering it to people's jobs, although we will continue to do that too. We can now let people submit names, and we can drop it off at their house!

Yay to more people we get to let know they are SEEN & LOVED!

I have gotten 3 messages from the people who received Go Win Red Balloons today! ❤️

5 things from the weekend that made our heart happy:

1. Seeing the pics that people were sharing from being at the carnival. It’s so much fun just watching people have fun.

2. All the noise of people gathering before the parade. There is something about the energy when people are gathering with the sound of music from bands, conversations, kids, loud engines, sirens, etc.

3. Family coming by from being in town.

4. Ladies in big hats always gets the heart right. My neighbor and I talked about his mom’s love for big hats.

5. Talking to people that had never been in a parade before and this weekend was their first time.

We love GuthrieAmerica!

I want to keep getting better at asking the right questions.

"The best questioners know when to stop talking. After you ask a powerful, open-ended question, wait. * Nature abhors a vacuum, and so does a conversation. If you stay silent for three seconds longer than feels comfortable, the other person will often fill that space with a much more vulnerable or insightful detail."
