People often ask me “ Dr Juan , how I came up with P-nuff Crunch.

Honestly, it started with one simple question:

“If I were creating the perfect snack for myself, what would it look like?”

It had to taste amazing, so peanuts were a no-brainer.

It had to naturally contain fiber, so I added navy beans.

Then I wanted complete plant protein, so I combined them with brown rice.

After dozens of trials… P-nuff Crunch was born.

Ten years later, we’re still proving that simple ingredients can make an incredibly delicious snack.

Had the honor of being invited by Mr. Patrick Murphy to speak with his Business class at Kenston High School — and what an awesome experience it was.

These students were sharp, engaged, and full of great questions about what it really takes to start a business.

We talked about:
