After 46 years of superior claim investigation services to major insurance companies and their defense counsels across the nation, DON C. TAYLOR ASSOCIATES, LLC is closing its doors. We are finishing up the cases we have on hand and are not accepting any new work.
As many of you know, my husband of 44 years — Michael D. Dickey — passed away in December of 2024. And although our company has limped along this year, without his vast experience and expertise, I feel it is best to quit while we are ahead.
I know that our founders, Don and Marti Taylor, would agree.
On their behalf, and Mike’s, as well as our staff’s, I thank all of our clients, from the bottom of my heart, for the faith and trust you placed in us over these past four-and-a-half decades. A special thank-you goes to those claims adjusters who fought for us when Mom & Pop shops were cast aside, in favor of the shiny and new “global vendors.” Our last nine years in business were due to your loyalty and gumption.
I am so very grateful that several of you have become friends and that we will stay in touch.
