Customer called us for a issue with their mini excavator moving, we found the final drive to be the problem. When taking it apart we found three out of the four hydraulic hoses to be severely rusty, they didn't break on removal but were very close to doing so. Customer opted to have the hoses all replaced while the machine was down waiting on parts for the final drive. They really loved us being able to come out and make all of the hydraulic hoses right on site!

Rebuilt a fan clutch for a fire department. When a entire unit is over 2400$ a rebuild kit was 1100$ and two hours of time to rebuild it. It was a no brainer, we always choose saving the customers money when possible!

Customer called wanting their wheel seals changed on all four corners of their trailer. They said the left front and right rear were "loose" when we tore down to investigate this is what we found. Left front and right rear were done with brand new inner, outer bearings and races. No issues were found with the other two wheel ends. Axle nuts torqued to manufacters spec, along with wheel hub end play checked before releasing it to go back and haul some more!

We recently became a dealer for rust buster due to how harsh the salt they put on today's roads are on our vehicles, and our first candidate for the repair kits is a 2008 Toyota Tacoma. These vehicles were put in a recall to have the frames inspected for excessive corrosion and to have the frame replaced if it fell within the criteria. This one just so happen to have went in for the inspection in 2016 and was given the undercoating they provided if it passed. Unfortunately it does not last. And Toyota quit with the recall in 2020. So we will be rebuilding the frame from the front doors to over top of the rear axle so this vehicle can continue to pass Pennsylvania state inspections for years to come 🤠

Pulled our first dump bed to be replaced due to excessive corrosion on a 2000 Ford F-650. Had to break out both cranes in order to pull the bed. Remember from tires to tracks we got you covered 🤠

1997 12 valve Cummins we wrapped up few weeks ago, painted Cummins Apex Red. Build is as follows
Complete standard engine overhaul, torque plated and power honed the cylinders, all new pistons, piston rings, main bearings, rod bearings, and gaskets.
Now for all the performance goodies, stage 1 cylinder head, stage 1 cam, 63mm turbo with a t4 exhaust manifold, 75 horse injectors, .191 delivery valves in the injection pump, 4K governor springs, 60lb valve springs, fuel plate removed in the pump with some AFC tuning, Head studs, and milled rocker arm pedestals.

Four wheel drive Freightliner M2 Business class getting the front axle carrier assembly resealed due to leaking gear oil. We are currently scheduling for repairs for the end of next week and following week.

Welding in some alumnium fish plates in on this live stock trailer due to excessive corrosion around the bolts for the axles. Still have to reinforce the bulk head and floor at the front due to corrosion as well.
