We are looking for a driven sales pro to help take us from an $8M company to a $25M company.

This is a new-business role: you find the prospects, open the doors, and close the deal. Our account management team takes it from there, so you can stay focused on what you do best.

What you'll get:
💰 $65,000 base salary
📈 Uncapped commission at 1.5x MRR on every deal, paid when you close it
🏆 Quarterly bonus opportunity on top of commission
🤝 Employee ownership through our ESOP
🏖️ Flexible, uncapped vacation
🏠 Hybrid schedule after onboarding
🩺 Medical, dental, and vision (we cover up to 90% of premiums) + 401(k) with 4% match

What we're looking for:
✔️ 3–5 years of B2B outside sales success (MSP or technical services experience is a plus)
✔️ A track record of hitting quota in an appointment-based role
✔️ Comfort prospecting cold and closing
✔️ Confidence presenting to owners and C-level decision-makers
