I'm hanging out with my friends from .atparkerfarms at the Sunbelt Ag Expo. Paul and Zach have put together a new sampler box series that's been a big hit and of course, as always, beef is the star of the booth.

I'm all set to go for the Hahira friends of the farmers market tomorrow, March 27th; from 9 a.m. until after 1! Come see yo boi and all the things I have been making.
And don't worry, if you can't make it this Saturday, I will be in downtown Valdosta on April 4th. I'll have a wide range of products from popular knives to jewelry, to bbq tools and more. Hope to see you at either location.

Two santoku finished this week:
The first is a prototype in a new series of simple knife designs with simple options and the second is a Workhorse series the customer requested be outfitted with a Saya.
Specs:
Prototype
-3/32 ATS-34 stainless, machine finish
-blasted OD green G10 and micarta pins
-Emerald green dyed poplar saya

Workhorse Santoku
-1/8" AEB-L stainless, hand rubbed satin finish
-sanded and buffed black paper micarta and pins
-cocobolo saya, lined, and faux french polish

Fresh stacks of EDC knives in AEB-L and 52100 for Saturday's maker's market in Hahira at the old train depot; all that's left is doing a lil cold bluing on the carbon steel blades for a knight blackout finish. Market runs from 9 until noon, but I am going to stick around until 1-ish for the chili cook off at the depot afterwards. Hope to see you there!
