A project in Gilroy that sold in a week!! Sadly the owner passed away during renovations so we needed to finish a few projects and add a few updates ! Some simple things that don’t cost a ton of money!
Paint = always OC 30 by Benjamin Moore
New light fixtures = Amazon look expensive but not
New hardware on kitchen cabinets = easy fix and makes the dated kitchen move in ready
Mud room / laundry room = was not finished so we used the vanity he had purchased , I found that really cool counter and put in a utility sink with faucet to make it a universal area , we decided not to put in a washer and dryer due to budget so his with rack and bench!
New bedroom light fixtures = Amazon great prices
Went with the dated bathroom decor wise and updated with new mirror and lights = Amazon , great prices look expensive
Fireplace was old brick = it’s amazing what paint can do!! Completely gave the room depth and a focal point!
Super fun project!
