Another happy customer in Norwell this week. We hauled out all of the organic top soil before bringing in 80 yards of fill and 60 yards of fresh loam to finish it off. New 240’ water service up and running in Kingston. The homeowner reached out to us after having a significant loss in water pressure due to a failing copper water service. We worked with the customer to reduce the amount of asphalt that had to be cut which required us to work hand in hand with a plumber to changed the water service connection within the home. One of two yard remodels we finished up last week. We stripped out the old wood chips and moved the existing crushed stone from around the basketball pad to make a new parking area. Of course we finished up this project by spreading fresh screened loam and seed for a clean new yard.

Seems to be the week of new lawns! We returned to this Halifax customers house to finish the lawn installation that began about a year ago. This project required 100 yards of fill to level the yard before spreading fresh Loam. Also added a 6’ strip of recycled asphalt along the street for parking. This week crews made quick work of a 14’x24’ shed pad in Pembroke. Crews spent the first day stripping and spreading fill to make a flat buildable area for the pad. While hauling in fill we took the opportunity to fill a few other sink holes on the property. We’ll be back in the spring for final grading after the shed is delivered. The cold hasn’t slowed us down one bit. We recently finished up another phase of the large scale project in Duxbury including excavating for a future patio, installing water and gas lines for an outdoor kitchen, installed concrete footings for the roof structure over the patio, new window wells and installed underground drainage for the sump pumps/downspouts. Fresh new asphalt walkway finished up for a local church this past week. We were asked to remove various broken pieces of concrete, rotten wood posts and remove the old walkway before beginning site prep for a new one.
