Bright Blade With Straight Temper Line. Blade Has No Fatal Flaws, Chips Or Bends. The Blade Habaki Is Silver Foil With Falling Rain Motif. Sword Mounts Are At Least 17th Century And Are Very Good Condition For Its Age. All Silk Bindings Are Intact And Sound. Scabbard And Hilt Mounts Are Russet Iron And The Fuchi Is Signed In Grass Writing Which Helps In Dating The Mounts. The Scabbard Hangers Are File Gilt Copper And The Leather Suspension Straps Are Original To This Sword But Restored At Some Point In Order To Stabilize Their Attachment. Overall Condition Is Very Good. Mounts Of This Age Are Quite Scarce. Full Length 40 Inch Blade Length 25 Inches
