Concrete Cutting Operators:
Pay - $30-$65 / hour (Prevailing Wage pay often double)
Full Time w/ Part-Time Per Diem Travel, Paid Hotels
1.5x Wages Night Work
Additional 0.25x Wages Weekend Work
Potential of earning up to 2.25x Base Hourly if working a weekend night while on over-time.
Looking for experienced quality applicants to lead crews of 2 - 3. Experience preferred on the following:
Hand sawing
- Rings Saw
- Concrete Chain Saws
- Large diameter hydraulic hand-saws
Wall Sawing
- Hilti or Husqvarna track saw platforms, 36" diameter or larger blades
Flat Sawing
- Up to 65hp Diesel Walk-Behind Saws, using blades up to 60" diameter (most commonly 26"-36" diameter)
- 5hp to 35hp Electric Walk-Behind Saws, cutting interior slab for trenches and slab retrofits
Core Drilling
- 120V, 20A electric Core Drills (Core Bore and Hilti platforms)
- Coring through slabs, asphalt, CMU block, tilt-up concrete walls, poured concrete walls, etc.
- Commonly coring 2" to 12" diameter penetrations, but occasional sizes up to 48" diameter at varying depth.
Most importantly, must be independent, trustworthy, and responsible. Must be willing to work at least 40 hour work weeks, work nights as needed, and travel to surrounding states when necessary. Quality but inexperienced applicants considered at starting positions of $20/hr.
Concrete Finishers/Pour Team-Lead:
Pay - $25-$45 / hour (Prevailing Wage pay often double)
Full Time w/ Part-Time Per Diem Travel, Paid Hotels

Potential of earning up to 2.25x Base Hourly if working a weekend night while on over-time.
Looking for experienced quality applicants to lead when needed and to work with the concrete cutting crews. Experience wanted in the following applications:
Form Work
- Foundations
- Truck/Forklift Ramps
- Interior/Exterior Footings and Specialty slabs (freezer/insulated slabs with hunches for example)
- Equipment/Boiler Pads
Trench Pour-backs
- Seamless interior pour-backs that blend new and old concrete for level floor surfaces
General
- Ability to understand blueprints and perform material take-offs is preferred.
- Concrete pump operation
- Grade laser set-up and use
