Frank Moore has made a seamless transition from a district campus monitor to Sunnybrae Elementary’s full-time Tri-Shield security officer. Frank consistently goes above and beyond for the staff and students at his school, and we appreciate all his hard work!!

Special recognition is overdue for Matt Wurpel who is assigned to court security in Hopewell and West Windsor Townships. Matt works hard to safeguard the Judge, staff and all courtroom participants and we are very thankful for his professionalism and dedication.

Congrats to security officer Dave Bergren of Klockner Elementary for recently being recognized as a HTSD Difference Maker. He was nominated for his outstanding contribution to the school community and the nominator wrote;

"Known affectionately at Klockner as "Mr. B" he is always available to lend a hand and willing to go above and beyond for our students and families. As the first face people see in the morning and the last they see in the afternoon, he greets everyone with a consistent smile. Ensuring campus safety, he never leaves until every child is safely on their way home. Mr. B is a cornerstone of our school climate and truly makes Klockner an amazing place to be."

Our officers assigned to Grice Middle School, Hamilton School District. Special shout out to Officer Ken Fitzpatrick after he observed a student choking in the school's cafeteria. He quickly sprang in to action, performing the Heimlich maneuver, dislodging the food from the students airway. Awesome job Ken!
