Southampton Township Schools is excited to welcome Wayne Stinson to our Warrior family as a new School Security Officer!

Wayne is a retired Philadelphia Police Officer who brings extensive law enforcement experience to our district. Since June 2024, he has worked with Tri-Shield Security as a school security officer. Wayne lives in Marlton with his wife and three children and is looking forward to getting to know our students, staff, families, and community.

🎓 BACK TO SCHOOL. READY TO RESPOND.

As a new school year begins, preparation remains at the forefront of everything we do at Tri-Shield Security & Protection Services.

Throughout August, our school security officers participated in Active Shooter Response Training conducted over multiple training sessions, reinforcing the importance of rapid response, teamwork, communication, decision-making, and preparedness.

Our officers are entrusted with helping protect students, faculty, and staff, and we take that responsibility seriously. Training, preparation, and readiness are essential components of effective school security.

enforcement last fall and starting as Robinson
Elementary’s full-time officer. John is a natural fit with
his mindset, various skills and easy-going communication style.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our esteemed colleague, Brian “Buzzy” Carvale, who served as a dedicated security officer with Tri-Shield for the past several years.

Buzzy was more than a protector of our premises—he was a trusted friend, a source of reassurance, and a valued member of our community. His unwavering commitment to safety, professionalism, and kindness touched the lives of countless employees, visitors, and partners.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
