🤖 AI Policy Requirement for Ohio

By July 1, 2026, all Ohio public, community, and STEM schools must adopt a formal AI use policy.

To help schools meet this requirement, the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, guided by the Ohio AI in Education Coalition, has developed a model policy that districts may adopt.
