🚨🚒 INCIDENT UPDATE – MULTIPLE MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS 🚒🚨
Earlier today, Company 67, along with the box assignment, was dispatched to a reported single-vehicle motor vehicle accident (MVA) involving a rollover on the interstate.
While members were responding to the station, a second call was received for another single-vehicle rollover, reportedly located approximately half a mile to one mile from the original incident.
Due to the reports of two separate rollover accidents, additional resources were added to the assignment.
As the first units arrived on scene, it was determined that the second accident was actually located just a few hundred feet from the first incident.
Emergency crews assisted with traffic control and scene safety while the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) conducted their investigation.

🌧️⚠️ RAINY WEATHER DRIVING SAFETY REMINDER ⚠️🌧️
With wet road conditions, we want to remind all motorists to use extra caution when traveling.
🚗 SLOW DOWN: Wet roads reduce traction and increase stopping distances.
🌧️ WATCH FOR HYDROPLANING: Standing water can cause your tires to lose contact with the roadway, resulting in a loss of control.
🚘 INCREASE FOLLOWING DISTANCE: Give yourself additional space between your vehicle and the one ahead of you.
💡 TURN ON YOUR HEADLIGHTS: Pennsylvania law requires headlights to be on whenever your windshield wipers are in continuous or intermittent use due to weather conditions.
📵 AVOID DISTRACTIONS: Keep your attention on the road, especially during poor weather conditions.
🚨 MOVE OVER, SLOW DOWN: When approaching emergency vehicles, slow down and move over when safe to do so. Our emergency responders are working just feet away from moving traffic.
Remember, arriving a few minutes late is always better than not arriving at all. No destination is worth risking your life or the lives of others.
