A team that shows up, cares deeply, and serves well deserves a little “happy”.

I knew this week would be physically taxing so I prepped care packages with Epsom salts, bubble bath, and eye masks to help ease the tired muscles.

Just a small gesture to let the ladies who work for OWL know how incredibly grateful I am for the work they do!

Building this business has been so much fun.

It has stretched me mentally, emotionally, and physically.

I’m building it slowly and deliberately with a team that has passion for what we do.

OWL is about to hit the 3 1/2 year mark and I love exactly where she is today and look forward to where she will be tomorrow, next month, and next year!

🦉One thing about growth…
sometimes it looks exciting and flashy.

And sometimes it looks like realizing your current systems no longer work for the demand. 😂

OWL is growing, and while we’re not quite at the “buy a van” stage yet (soon though), we are at the stage where we have to level up the way we operate behind the scenes.

🦉More team members using supplies.

Ahhh, the messy middle. 😳

This is the part that sometimes freaks clients out.
