Please join us in congratulating Robert ā€œRobā€ Dugas ā€™86, Southeasternā€™s 2026 Alumnus of the Year!

A retired executive and former Senior Vice President at Chick-fil-A, Rob has built an incredible career rooted in leadership, innovation, humility, and service. But perhaps even more meaningful is the way he has continued to give back to his alma mater, mentoring students, speaking to classes, leading workshops, supporting programs like Project PULL, and helping Southeastern students build connections and see whatā€™s possible beyond the classroom.

His commitment to helping others reach their full potential and his unwavering dedication to Southeastern truly embody what it means to be a Lion.

We are so proud to celebrate Rob and the lasting impact he continues to make on our university and our Lion family!

Congratulations, Rob! Once a Lion, always a Lion!
