At UMS, keeping our people safe isn't just a priority. It's a commitment. And the team leading that charge every single day is our Safety department. Meet Josh Baldwin, Logan Heldenbrand, and Jeff Baranowski! 👋
Josh Baldwin, our Executive Director of Safety, sets the vision for safety at UMS, driving the policies, programs, and culture that protect our workforce from the top down. Logan Heldenbrand, Safety Manager, puts that vision into action, managing compliance, leading training initiatives, and making sure every team across the company has the tools and knowledge to stay safe on the job. Jeff Baranowski, National Safety Representative, is hands-on in the field, conducting audits, inspections, and post-incident investigations that keep our safety standards sharp and our people protected.
Together, they don't just enforce rules. They build a culture. One where every employee feels empowered to speak up, look out for one another, and go home safe at the end of the day.
