This endeavor started with a simple trash pick,(roadside rescue). Everyone loved the finished product and wanted to know where I got it! Well, right out of the trash, and I painted and distressed it myself! On to a huge addiction to making someone else's trash, a TREASURE! Make Me Blush furniture restoration became a reality. Then Chestnut Cottage Candles was established. I created a soy candle in
which I loved so why not share with my followers. I now have over 35 different scents which are now hand poured right at the shop. Then came my dream to facilitate other small businesses in joining me at the shop. Why not give others the chance to grow along with me and share our passions for what we believe in. A dream come true. I added an on location Tea Room for events and parties (reservation only). A shop of Dreamers & Believers. We currently have a team of beautiful & talented vendors. A photography studio, make up & Hair specialists, local artisans, hand made bath/beauty products, hand made jewelry, floral designer, furniture/prop rentals, home decor & so much more. We also host on location venues, parties and small gatherings. We are two blocks from Bellevue Avenue, nestled on a quiet corner of Pleasant Street. Come browse our circa 1800’s VIctorian steeped in history. The mat is at the door, you are always welcome here.
