We took this yard from an unmanageable mess to ready to be used with just three days of work!

About a month ago, this customer hired us to brushcut thier Backyard so they could figure out what to do with the space. Recently, they had us come back to remove and haul off the rootmat then grade the area for a yard and a small shed. It took us just one day to mow and 2 days to rootrake and grade, and now the size of thier backyard is doubled.

This customer wanted to make the back section of thier yard easier to maintain, so we made it happen! We removed most of the trees from the yard, ground one stump that was too big to dig up, hauled off all the brush and excess dirt, and graded it to prep it for grass seed and a future fire pit.

Do you need to get the overgrowth on your property taken care of, but you're not sure where to start? We can help! We offer four main services to control underbrush, all of them effective for different situations.

✅Brushcutting- This is the cheapest way to get land cleared up. Brush mowers are great for removing weeds and small trees to open up a property. However, they don't leave the cleanest cut and can only handle smaller material.

✅Forestry Mulching- A forestry mulcher can remove everything a brushcutter can and more. Mulchers are great for removing underbrush and the leave a layer of mulch that slows down regrowth. They also leave a much cleaner finish than mowers. Even if not everything onsite can be mowed or mulched, both tools are great for minimizing the amount of material that has to be burned or hauled off later.

✅Selective Clearing- Removing trees selectively is a great way to prep a site for construction without removing the natural feel. You don't have to tear down every tree onsite to build a house or develop a site- leaving trees behind improves the looks of a site and helps minimize erosion.

✅Clear Cutting- Sometimes, an area has to be clear cut. Removing all the trees from an area is necessary for roads, driveways, building pads, parking lots, and more to prevent organic material from rotting and damaging the base of the structures.

This Crossing Had to Go!

Unfortunately, this entrance to this graveyard was being used by foot traffic, ebikes, and more to cut between two neighborhoods. Several marked and unmarked graves were being travelled over constantly, and some damage was done to the fence and even the headstones themselves. We removed and hauled off six pieces of concrete pipe, then put a steep gradient on the ditch to prevent people from travelling through it. We also put down seed and straw to prevent slope erosion.

Culvert Install at the Local High School!

This asphalt pad at Topsail High School was almost completely unused and very difficult to access. The ground around it was also too high, preventing water from flowing to the ditch properly. We solved both issues at once by installing 60 feet of culvert pipe in the ditch, allowing the band to park their trailers there, and covered the pipe using dirt scraped from the high areas.

We knocked out another small job with the skid steer mower while it was on rent. My aunt's treeline along the side of her property was getting overgrown and needed cleaned up. This job would've taken all day with hedgetrimmers and pole saws, but this machine got it done in less than two hours!

These customers had an overgrown section of their yard they were looking to reclaim. They wanted to get it opened up to give them a better idea of what they could use the space for, so we brought in a brush mower and slashed down all the brush! Now a plan can be made on how to make the space usable.
