We finished a big project for Waste Management in Wilmington today! Several sections of thier property had gotten overgrown and out of hand, including a retention pond and a couple steep ditches. We brush hogged all the overgrown areas, then raked and leveled all the non-sloped areas of the property so they could be maintained with a lawn mower going forward. We left the roots in the slopes to prevent destabilization, but they'll be much easier to maintain now too!

This customer needed a small side yard regraded to keep water from running along the side of the house. We regraded the whole area into a nice swale to redirect water in the proper direction and protect the foundation of the house, then put down seed and straw to minimize erosion. We also cut a drainage swale in the frontyard to stop water coming towards the house, but I forgot to take the after picture.

We made some big improvements around this pond! Several areas had washed out from water flowing into the pond, so we filled in the washouts, graded them into swales, added geogrid to stabilize the soil, and put riprap on top. We also removed an undermined section of sidewalk and replaced the dirt.

First job for the new skid steer completed! This property had a lot of debris and underbrush left from a tree company. We grubbed everything with an excavator, used the mulcher to minimize hauling, removed the rootmat, and brought in fresh topsoil.
