Here We Grow Again!
Our newest equipment purchase is a creamPAL honey creamer. It normally takes several weeks to make creamed honey. This machine allows us to make it in Four days with seed or Five days without. It allows us to produce tens of thousands of cases annually to meet present and future demand. We plan to make creamed honey with several of our best selling honeys including the premium honeys. Creamed honey spreads like peanut butter and can be kept in the refrigerator or at room temperature without fear of crystalizing.
