He (sorry, I didn't catch your first name) asked if I felt comfortable working on the stove, which is fine, so he gave me some advice on what to look for with a very detailed explanation and tips on how to diagnose and fix the likely causes of the problem. He was 100% right, it was the wiring to the igniter causing the problem. I purchased and installed a new igniter and we're back in business. Absolutely awesome customer service (and I wasn't even a customer ... until now). Thank you so much for your help."

I have seen a lot of crazy things during my years working on pellet stoves, but this video which was sent to us by a non-customer. We have seen puffs of smoke during high pressure weather patterns, but this one made me swallow my gum. Barometric pressure at its worst. Watch to the end!
