It starts with what you believe about YOU!

Before you can build the business, write the book, pursue the dream, or take the next step, you have to believe that you can.

And sometimes, changing what you believe starts with changing what you say.

Make this declaration a part of your daily routine. Speak it in the morning. Speak it before bed. Speak it on the days when you feel confident, and especially on the days when you don’t.

The more you change your confession, the more you begin to challenge the thoughts that have kept you from moving forward.

Speak it until you believe it.
Believe it until you live it.

I believe in me. I’m betting on me. And I’m getting in motion.

Now say it again. I bet on me!

Customer service is at the heart of every business, whether you consider yourself a service-based business or not.

Because without customers, your business loses its rhythm.

Customer experience affects your reputation, your referrals, your retention, and ultimately the flow of the things a thriving business needs to keep moving.

So here’s your challenge:

Pay attention to some of your favorite businesses.

What keeps you coming back?
How do they communicate with you?
How do they make you feel valued?
What do they do when something goes wrong?
What makes their experience different from everyone else?

Take note of those practices, then ask yourself: Where can I implement some of these same principles in my own business?

You don’t have to reinvent the wheel to become better at what you do. Sometimes you simply need to pay attention to what’s already working.

Study. Learn. Implement. Improve.
