And for the females in the family, here are some pics. I enjoyed making rice paper waves on my daughter’s baby shower cake. Also made cupcakes and some other under the sea desserts. I always like to make flower designs, did cupcakes for my other daughter’s 40th birthday. And for our granddaughter’s sweet 16, I did flowers and rice paper fans.

Its been awhile since we posted but we are still doing cakes and creating treats! We got to do a special cake for a 17th Birthday! Dark chocolate fudge cake with ganache and strawberry filling and chocolate ganache icing drip. Topped off with strawberries and french vanilla wafer cookies! 😍
