Ant Works is a natural outgrowth of the Planet Ant's improv colony. Since 1993, Planet Ant has been a home for Metro Detroit’s comedy scene. 🏡🎤

Over these three decades, we've welcomed tens of thousands of talented individuals through our doors. Some of them have become familiar faces on film and TV. 📽️📺

Luminaries such as Keegan-Michael Key [Key and Peele], Marc Evan Jackson [Brooklyn Nine-Nine], Sam Richardson [Veep], Tim Robinson [I Think You Should Leave], Nancy Hayden [Detroiters], and Jaime Moyer [Bob's Burgers] are just some of the incredible talents that have called Planet Ant home. 🌟🎬

Today, Planet Ant's training center boasts an ongoing student population in the hundreds, and our facility puts on more than 750 unique shows per year. 📚🎟️
