# NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

**Becker’s Appliance Service – Hanover, PA**

Becker’s Appliance Service is expanding and opening a **new store location**, and we are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized **Customer Service Representative** to join our team!

# # # What You’ll Do

* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their appliance service needs
* Schedule and coordinate appliance service calls
* Enter customer and service information into our computer system
* Look up appliance parts and availability
* Order parts from manufacturers and suppliers
* Communicate with customers regarding appointments, parts, and service
* Assist with general office and customer service duties
* Help maintain an organized and professional store environment
* Some lifting and moving of appliance parts and boxes may be required

# # # What We’re Looking For

* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous customer service, scheduling, parts, or appliance industry experience is a plus, but **we are willing to train the right person**
