Tips on helping your appliances last longer!! Most dishwasher come with a "grinder" to help break up particles, HOWEVER, it is not a garbage disposal. If you treat it like one, your dishwasher will have a very short life. Scrape all the food off, however, do not rinse the dishes. Your dishwasher needs the oils from your foods to keep the seals in the pump and motor areas from drying out and causing a leak. In addition, if your dishes are rinsed and cleaned off prior to washing them in the dishwasher, the detergent will attach the dishes and glasses and start pulling the calcium out of them and cause your dishes and glasses to etch. Now you know!!

A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our family, friends, customers, and everyone who came out to support us at our Open House on Saturday!

It was an incredible day and a huge success, and we truly cannot thank everyone enough. It was so great seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, catching up, laughing, and having the chance to talk with all of you.

Sometimes you don’t realize just how much simply “showing up” means. Your support for Justin, Jessy, Sal, myself, and all of our families means more than we could ever put into words. Seeing so many people take time out of their day to come celebrate with us made us feel incredibly blessed.

An interesting story on the Maytag name and its buyout by Whirlpool. The sad part is, Whirlpool is now in such horrible shape that it to will probably not survive as a company. Another company will buy the name, probably Bosch. Time will tell.

Tip: If your washer or dryer timer is not working or not starting, pull off the k**b and make sure it doesn't have a cracked k**b. Many people assume it to be a major repair, when in fact, it is a very minor repair that most people can do themselves. Some people get rid of their appliances because of this $25'ish repair!! If only they knew.....now you do!!
