Why the Business Alignment Audit exists, and why it's free.

I could charge for a diagnostic. Plenty of coaches do. I don't, because I think everyone deserves an honest first look at where their business and their actual capacity have drifted apart, before they spend a dollar trying to fix it.

The Audit takes about ten minutes. It won't tell you everything. It will tell you enough to know whether what you're feeling is a rough patch or a pattern — and if it's a pattern, exactly which part of your business is asking for attention first.

Take the free Business Alignment Audit — link in bio. No email trick, just an honest look.

How to tell the difference between aligned tired and burnout tired.

Aligned tired feels like: satisfied, a little depleted, ready for rest, proud of what got built.
You can usually name exactly what you did and why it was worth it.

Burnout tired feels like: foggy, resentful, disconnected from the win even when there is one. You did a lot and can't remember what any of it was for.

The fix for aligned tired is rest. The fix for burnout tired is almost never more rest — it's a hard look at what you're doing that isn't actually yours to carry. Notice which one you're in before you decide what you need next.

Save this — it's a good gut check for the next time you're exhausted and can't tell why.

Why I stopped recommending productivity planners to my clients.

Every planner I tried did the same thing: asked me what I was going to do, and never once asked how I actually was. So the plan looked perfect on paper and fell apart by Wednesday — built for a version of me that wasn't tired, wasn't overwhelmed, wasn't human that day.

That's the gap I built the Daily Alignment Planner to close. It doesn't start with your task list. It starts with a check-in — energy, emotional weather, what's aligned versus what's just heavy. The plan comes after, built on what's actually true that day.

A business built on a self that isn't accounted for is a business that will eventually make you pay for it.

How to know if today calls for a hard push or a slow start.

Before you touch your to-do list tomorrow morning, try this: ask your body one question.

Low, steady, or high?

Low means today is for maintenance — reply to what's urgent, protect the rest. Steady means today can hold your normal rhythm, nothing heroic required. High means today can hold the thing you've been putting off.

Most of us skip this question entirely and just start pushing. Then we wonder why some days feel impossible and others feel easy, with no pattern we can find. There's a pattern. It's just inside you, not on your calendar.

Try this tomorrow before you open your laptop. Tell me what you find.

You started your business because you’re good at what you do. Not because you wanted to spend your days fixing processes, answering the same questions, and trying to keep everything organized.
At some point, doing everything yourself stops working.
That doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong. It usually means your business has grown and the way you run it needs to catch up.
Good systems should make your life easier. They should help your team know what to do, keep things from falling through the cracks, and give you more time to focus on the parts of the business that actually need you.
You run your business.

Let’s make sure your business isn’t running you.

Hi, I'm Jen 👋

For 20+ years I built businesses — most of that time as a wedding industry entrepreneur — before I became a Business Intuitive Coach. Along the way I kept seeing the same pattern in every high-achieving woman I worked with: it wasn't a strategy problem. It was an alignment problem.
Today I help women coaches, consultants, and creatives design businesses that actually feel as good as they look — blending real-world strategy with Human Design, intuition, and energy work.
A few things that make me, me: I'm a Projector in Human Design, an astrology lover who works with the moon phases, and someone who's just as at home with a client roadmap as with a piece of crystal on my desk. Recovering wedding planner. Maui-obsessed. Slow mornings, always. 🌿
If you're done building a business that consumes you, I'd love to connect.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that your business isn’t growing.
It’s that your business has grown, but the way you’re running it hasn’t caught up yet.
You’re still answering every question. Making every decision. Fixing the same problems. Keeping way too much information in your own head.
That works for a while. Until it doesn’t.
Pick one thing this week that depends on you more than it should. Write down the process, decide who should own it, and make the next step clear.
That’s how you start building a business that can grow without everything getting heavier.
You don’t need more chaos. You need a clear plan and systems that actually work for the way you do business.

Instead of quitting... raise your prices. 💸

That one shift can change a lot of things.

If you're feeling that "maybe I don't want to do this anymore" pull, it's easy to assume the answer is walking away. But sometimes what looks like burnout is actually a business that's underpriced, overextended, or just misaligned — and there's a fix that doesn't involve quitting at all.

In Episode 145, I'm walking through the small, practical shifts (like this one) that can make your business feel sustainable again — without blowing it all up.

🎧 New episode is live. Link in bio.

What's one shift you could make this month instead of quitting?
