The Franklin County Public Library is offering visitor passes to Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest, giving free admission for families to explore one of Virginia’s most interesting historic sites. It’s a great option as the weather warms up and you’re looking for something different to do.

Looking for something to do as the weather turns nice? Come to the library to pick up a visitor pass for Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest!

This pass provides free admission for two adults and dependent children/grandchildren under age 18.
It's open daily from January 15-December 30 from 10am-5pm.
Guided tours are available at 10:30am, 12pm, 1pm, and 2:30pm by calling and scheduling at least 2 DAYS before visiting.

Crosswhite Athletic Club SML has been hosting rehearsals for The Lake Players performance of Bonnie & Clyde: The Musical, in partnership with The Smith Mountain Lake Center, giving the cast space to prepare for their upcoming performances at Westlake Cinema.
