Now Hiring: Client Care Coordinator (C3) at Springfield Restoration!
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and client-focused team member to join our team in the Fort Wayne area.
As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our restoration projects — acting as the main point of contact for our clients and internal teams. You’ll help guide jobs smoothly from the first phone call through completion by coordinating crews, scheduling work, updating job files, and keeping clients informed and cared for during stressful situations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is:
📋Highly organized and detail-oriented
☎️Excellent on the phone and with customer service
💻Comfortable with computers and data entry
📝Able to work independently
🧩A strong communicator and problem-solver
Important: This is not a standard Monday–Friday 8-5 job. You will be part of an on-call rotation and must be available to respond to new claims and support the team outside regular hours when scheduled.
Pay: $18–$20 per hour to start (based on experience)
Location: Primarily office-based in Harlan with some flexibility
