My Instagram analytics used to live in an app I opened once a month, dreaded, and closed.
Now it’s a dashboard that rebuilds itself. Every Monday. I didn’t build the update — I asked for it once.
The setup: connect Apify to Claude, then send one prompt — handle, start date, the metrics you actually care about, a link to the look you want. Claude pulls the real numbers and hands back something that looks like a product, not a spreadsheet.
Skip the start date and the scraper tries to pull years of history. That’s the one line that keeps this cheap.
Works the same way for Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube. Point it at Reddit instead and you’re not tracking growth anymore — you’re reading what people are stuck on, which is its own kind of research.
Save this if you’ve been meaning to actually look at your numbers.
Pull my Instagram **[YOUR INSTAGRAM HANDLE]** metrics. Give me a summary of what’s performing well starting from **[START DATE]**. I want to understand the performance and track my growth including **comments, engagement, views, shares**, everything that is meaningful to my content strategy for growth and building trust. Present this in a nice dashboard for me in this **visual aesthetics [WEBSITE THAT YOU LIKE]** which will be updated weekly. Make sure to only use **reliable API scrapers**.
