How do you transform your mindset to focus on what you want to achieve? It seems easy, but this action requires patience, thought, and silence. At yesterday's E3 Leadership Roundtable, we discussed this action. Anyone to position their mindset in the direction of results starts with accepting that this action is needed. I firmly believe that transformation changes begin from within, the desire to grow and stop wasting time. It's not procrastination, and it's a matter of value. If your mindset is valuable, you will change; if not, it won't. Great time and see you all in two weeks.

Look beyond traditional views of organizational conflict. Traditionally, organizations have viewed conflict as a negative force that needs to be eliminated by imposing more structure or uniformity.
