Now for something completely different. got this idea from a guy’s website…he has phenomenal and creative work. We have some deterioration problems with deck railing at lake house and thought I’d have a go….two more to complete and we can get them installed.

James wanted a standard, no frills16 ft. gate with solar controlled opener; delivered and installed. He will build a small enclosure for the battery backup, clean up wiring, paint and ready to go. The GHOST brand opener is a relatively simple install.

Another (partial) remodel to end the year. Complete exterior paint, new drip cap, new storm door, painted three bedrooms, two baths, tiled two bath floors and a shower surround, re-porcelain on the old cast iron tub, and new paint on kitchen cabinets and vanities in both baths.
