We measure soil texture via hydrometer method. The sand and silt fall out of suspension in proportion to time and particle size. The hydrometer (solution density) measures the wgt of sand and silt that falls out. As always, we incorporated blanks and known check samples.

This conference I attended in NYC opened my eyes to the consumers. 85% of the US population lives in cities and many of them want local food. CEAs are doing this and have become weekly customers.

Last week New York City was host to the Indoor AgTech Innovation Summit...the event featured an overall balance of optimism and pragmatism
