It's that time again when we spotlight a valued team member! Meet Carlos Centeno, our Associate Creative Director. His job is to build creative strategies for our clients and ensure that all creative work we produce aligns with their goals and stays on-brand. This includes design, video, photography, content, music, branding, and so much more!

One of his favorite projects was redesigning a printed newsletter for Camphill School, a private school that serves children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He strived to showcase the humanity and beauty of the kids they serve, and the reactions from staff, parents, and the community really changed how he sees his work.

Carlos considers himself a student of everything. He's an avid reader — non-fiction is his go-to. He has had 337 different beers because he appreciates the craft of beer-making and wants to know what makes each one different.

Another way Carlos showcases his creativity is through his art. As someone who draws and paints, he sees the world in a highly visual way, which helps him retain information and express himself more effectively.

Another day, another opportunity for us to share more about a core member of our team! Meet Nicolás Polanco, one of our account executives! Nico ensures our clients' business objectives are met, develops and pitches community engagement initiatives, and keeps budgets in check.

Just like he takes care of our clients, Nico also loves caring for dogs and plants. Ask him nicely, and he’d love to dog-sit and care for your plants, too!

Nico is also an MD and is currently working to get his medical license in the U.S. in order to enter an Emergency Medicine residency program.

Nico loves to provide a helping hand and connect communities with resources to improve their access to healthcare. We’re grateful for his kindness and his contributions to this team. You’re awesome, Nico!
