ERG Partners was proud to help coordinate and support a recent visit between West View Water Authority and Senator Devlin Robinson

These opportunities are critically important in helping policymakers better understand the day-to-day operations, infrastructure challenges, and long-term investment needs facing public water systems across Pennsylvania.

Most importantly, visits like these help showcase the tremendous work utility professionals perform every day to safely and reliably deliver millions of gallons of drinking water to the communities they serve.

Strong infrastructure depends on strong partnerships, proactive communication, and continued collaboration between utilities, elected officials, and community stakeholders. We appreciate Senator Robinson taking the time to learn more about the important work happening at WVWA.

West View Water Authority (WVWA) was pleased to welcome Senator Devlin Robinson this week to visit and tour of our system operations. We had the opportunity to tour our Neville Island Water Treatment Plant.

These visits are an important part of WVWA’s ongoing efforts to work collaboratively with our elected officials to help showcase the critical work being performed every single day by our team. From maintaining and upgrading aging infrastructure to navigating operational and regulatory challenges, it is important that policymakers see firsthand what it takes to reliably deliver safe, high-quality drinking water to our communities.

Most importantly, the visit highlighted the tremendous responsibility of producing and delivering millions of gallons of water each day to the residents, businesses, and communities we proudly serve throughout the region.

We appreciate Senator Robinson taking the time to visit with our staff, learn more about our operations, and continue the conversation surrounding infrastructure investment, public utilities, and the future of water service in Western Pennsylvania.

This week’s news underscores how important accountability and ethical engagement are in our civic process. We appreciate the Association’s steady leadership on behalf of small businesses across the Commonwealth and remain committed to helping ensure their voice is heard the right way.

After a surge of hyperrealistic and scannable fake IDs, iconic dive bar Dirty Franks was forced to raise its age limit.

Proud of the work our team at ERG Partners did alongside the Pennsylvania Licensed Beverage Association to help resolve a long-standing liquor code issue impacting taverns and restaurants across the Commonwealth.
This outcome reflects months of collaboration, persistence, and partnership. A special thank you to Rep. Dan Deasy for his leadership and to the legislators and staff who worked through the details to get this done the right way.
At ERG, we believe in showing up, staying engaged, and seeing issues through to completion — especially when small businesses and local communities are counting on it. Grateful to work with clients who are committed to progress and results.

Great news! A PLBTA-led initiative is heading to the governor's office after the State House concurred with Senate amendments, 199-4. This bill fixes a glitch with off-premise catering permit. It will be the only liquor bill this year to reach the finish line. It was the first liquor bill to move this year out of the House Liquor Control Committee and Senate Law & Justice Committee.

Congrats to the PLBTA Membership, TavernPAC Membership, PLBTA Board of Directors, and our lobbying team at ERG Partners for great teamwork and excellent work at the state capital.
