We would like to congratulate the cohort of representatives and senators who were successfully sworn in and seated today, though we regret the Pennsylvania Senate's decision to delay the seating of Senator Jim Brewster, despite his certified win in the 45th district. The obstruction of duly elected politicians filling the roles provided by their constituents is an affront to our American values.
