Our employee engagement group, Dasher HEART (healthy, enriched, active, renewed, & thriving), coordinated and worked on a project over the past few weeks for Earth Day that was sponsored by Lower Paxton Township. This past Saturday we were able to place our recyclable, eco-friendly Gnome Home along the Lingle Park Trail along with many others. I am SO proud of this Dasher team for coming together to plan and execute this community focused initiative in celebration of Earth Day. And I am very grateful to Lower Paxton Township Art Council for hosting such a wonderful family day full of art, kites, and community connection.

The Automotive Quality Assurance Auditor performs audits for an automotive inspection program to ensure compliance with State and Federal procedures and guidelines. This is a field-based position that offers training and state certification and operates similar to that of a 'Secret Shopper'.

Key Functions/Responsibilities

Maintain compliance by conducting undercover automotive service center site visits, observing and reporting inspection procedures, and documenting the audit
Daily reconciliation of funds
Occasional attendance at hearings when needed

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive safely within state of Pennsylvania
Good written and verbal communication skills
Professional Demeanor with ability to make on-site decisions independently
Basic Computer Skills
Willingness to submit to full background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report, as well as ongoing random drug screens

The Call Center Agent provides customer service support specifically designed to assist our community in a variety of areas via phone and written communication.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming call center lines and/or make outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
• Record call details within a tracking system, noting the specifics of the call and the resolution.
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
• Adhere to department standards and guidelines.
• Process applications, scan documents and provide general department administrative support.
• Participate in training and educational opportunities.
• Attend business and department meetings (Stand Up, L10, 1 on 1, huddle, trainings, etc.).
• Conduct additional work assignments corresponding with business needs at the direction of supervisor/manager.

Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to effectively communicate
• Effective active listening skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to document clearly and professionally
• Problem solving and time management skills
• Bilingual in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) a plus, but not required

Education and Experience:

The Community Healthcare Worker (CHW) provides an opportunity to work in a purposeful and fulfilling position specifically designed to assist members disparate populations. Dasher’s values center around providing encouragement, compassion, and support to our fellow team members, and paying those values forward when interacting with our clients and our community.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Builds relationships with assigned members through in person, phone, and written communication to understand their concerns, needs, and goal and works toward collaborative goal setting.
• Works with disparate populations to increase involvement in personal healthcare decisions, guide members to advocate for more care, and educate as to the availability and importance of preventive care.
• Conducts health risk assessments to identify member needs and provide education and support.
• May attend community meetings to understand community issues or to build
relationships with community members.
• Meet members at physician appointments, in the community, and in the members’ homes to support involvement in personal healthcare decisions. Assists members with culturally appropriate Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) needs.
• Remain up to date on knowledge of community resources relating to various areas of specialty appropriate to the needs of members/families through participation in ongoing trainings, informal learning opportunities, supervisor mentoring and general professional development opportunities.
• Data entry and documentation of interactions with members.
• Attendance at business and department meetings (Stand Up, L10, 1 on 1, trainings, etc.).
• Conduct additional work assignments corresponding with department needs at the direction of supervisor/manager.

Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge of community health resources and social determinants of health
• Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population and establish trust
• Effective active listening skills
• Bilingual in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) a plus, but not required
• Experience using Microsoft Office and data entry

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree in Human Services or other correlated field preferred
• Two (2) years of work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
