CK Creative Boutique was founded over 16 years ago with a vision to deliver innovation and impact in strategic planning and design, DEIB performance and operational excellence, educational leadership, brand management, marketing, and creative design.
16 years later, we are so excited to announce Learn 2 Lead, a new educational consulting venture where our mission is to cultivate diverse communities of educator excellence by empowering BIPOC K-12 learners to become the next generation of teacher leaders. We have always been passionate about serving marginalized communities, and we am so excited to use the intersectionality of our skills and spiritual gifts to help find the answer to better educating our children and creating more black and brown educator leaders who will bear much fruit.
We are also honored to announce that our Managing Partner, Takia Colston-Krow, will be presenting at the PA Educator Diversity Consortium's upcoming event: “Reversing the Trends: Redefining the Narrative for Educators of Color” June 25-27th.
