Proprietors Jennifer and Sean Cresent founded Total Loss Services in 2008 to meet the disaster recovery needs of the Greater Detroit community. What started as a two person team listing total loss and cleaning contents at a single station has now grown, through hard work and perseverance, to a 12,000 square foot facility with state of the art restoration equipment. TLS kicked a** today...first job we emptied a basement into a dumpster and garage. Second job we ripped out an entire kitchen including the cabinets and hardwood floor. This crew is amazing and we couldn’t be more thankful to have them on our team! Thank God it’s the weekend!!

Another day grinding out a job for some wonderful sisters who had been recently devastated twice with their mom’s passing and a water loss at mom’s home. These are the jobs that make it tough as we hate seeing anyone hurting and suffering. It feels good to bring some joy out of the situation.
