Outage on Boat Mtn. 3/30/26

Hey everyone. Good afternoon. I am getting quite a few calls about slow service with customer connected to the Boat Mtn. Tower. I am looking into it.

OUTAGE ALERT -

UPDATE: 1:00pm March 14th - The fiber has been repaired and your speeds should be back to normal. If you are still having issues, please reach out to us.

UPDATE: 12:20pm March 14th - the cut fiber is due to utility workers accidently cutting the fiber line while trimming trees yesterday. engineers are working on a game plan and are working on a fix.

March 13,2026: Our main fiber supplying Harrison, Pilot K**b, Gaither, Omaha, Cottonwood, and Bergman towers is down. We have routed everyone's traffic through Boat Tower temporarily until the outage is restored but speeds are dramatically reduced at this time. We do not have an ETA but will keep everyone updated on progress when we know something.

Update 9:00am: Service has been restored. Everyone should be back online. If anyone is still having trouble, please reach out.

OUTAGE ALERT: We have an internet outage at our Mountain Home location due to the high winds and the entergy power outage as well. Restoration estimate is 10pm.

OUTAGE ALERT: we have an outage in Mountain Home. Power outage happened at 8:30pm last night during storms. Our generator failed to kick in. Entergy expects to have power back at 8am. Sorry for the inconvenience.
