Our office was closed on Friday so the team could participate in the United Way of Harrisonburg & Rockingham County Day of Action. As Board President of UWHR, Maria Paz G. Esguerra, Ph.D. got to welcome volunteers at Connections Early Learning Center in Bridgewater, bright and early! Later in the day, Rollin Johnson Jr. and Maria Paz both helped with painting classrooms at Harrisonburg Rockingham Child Day Care Center.

It was a beautiful day for a drive over the mountains to meet our newest nonprofit client. This visit has given us a deeper understanding of the work they do in their community and we look forward to working along side them and supporting their strategic planning process.

This week marks an important milestone for us at Kensington Strickland Group. When we started KSG, we knew that we wanted our mission to honor our community by inspiring others to “instigate positive change.” It has been a blessing that through this work, we have been able to support the mission of others.
