We're R D Robinson LLC , a family owned business based in Central Kentucky. R D Robinson began as a dream 3 years ago as I have always been intrigued with equipment and transportation. My background includes 14 years as a multi - unit Operations Manager within the automotive industry here in Central Kentucky and East Tennessee. It was a well spent 14 years, it allowed me to learn the importance of

managing the day to day operations. Build customer relations both external as well internal and perhaps the most important learning was how to successfully manage such a large geographical area SAFELY. Safety is taken very seriously and will take a second seat to nothing. Safety is such a concern with R D Robinson LLC that we are currently installing LED lighting under our trucks to give our employees a well lit work area while working during night time hours.

On Tuesday, August 8th, around 11:15PM, Deputy Raisor observed a gray 2008 mustang traveling in the south bound lane of N127 with the rear license plate not illuminated. Deputy Raisor also observed the driver switch lanes with out proper signaling. A traffic stop was conducted. Officer Shelton with HPD routinely deployed his K9, which alerted to narcotics in the vehicle. During search of the vehicle, a bag wrapped in a black t-shirt with approximately 220.92 grams of Methamphetamine was located. During the search of the male subject, another baggie with 10 grams of Methamphetamine and a baggie with 25.35 grams of He**in were located on the male subject's person. Inside the center console and on the male subject was approximately $836. The male subject was arrested and taken to Boyle County Detention Center.

Charges: 1. Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (> or = 2 grams methamphetamine)
2. Trafficking in controlled substance 1st offense (He**in)
3. Rear license not illuminated
4. Failure to or improper signal
