We are a family farm located in Hart, Michigan. Focusing on growing vegetables for fresh and processed markets. We are looking to hire someone honest and reliable with experience in agriculture but are willing to train the right candidates. This job contains a wide variety of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Maintenance and repair of agricultural equipment
• Transporting and operating machinery
• Assistance in planting, fertilizing, field preparation, and harvesting
• Hauling, weighing, grading, and organizing of harvested crops

Requirements:

• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work with others as well as independently
• Tech savvy; must be able to use a smartphone and GPS equipment
• High school/GED required, but prefer technical training or Associates Degree
• CDL or Michigan Farm Endorsement
