๐Ÿ™ Yesterday, on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, I completed my 7-day Om Shanti course. What a beautiful and meaningful day to complete this journey, it was also my Mommyโ€™s birthday, making it even more special. ๐ŸŽ‚

๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Over the past few months, I have truly fallen in love with meditation. I have come to realize that every person we meet and every place we visit can awaken something within our soul. I feel incredibly blessed that this time, Om Shanti welcomed me with open arms and gifted me peace, deeper understanding, and inner happiness. ๐Ÿคโœจ

๐Ÿ“ธโœจ While going through old memories at home in Nepal ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ต, I found this photo from one of the most meaningful performances of my childhood. โค๏ธ

I was in Grade 7 or 8 when my friends and I performed a dance based on the harmful effects of the caste system. I played a girl from a marginalized caste who was rejected by society until Gautam Buddha ๐Ÿ™ appeared and asked me for water from my pot. ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿ’ง That one moment carried a timeless message and
One line from the song has stayed with me all these years:

(Even today, those words remind me that discrimination only harms humanity.)

This role challenged me in every way. It demanded tears ๐Ÿ˜ข, fear ๐Ÿ˜จ, smiles ๐Ÿ˜Š, dance ๐Ÿ’ƒ, and deep emotion. Looking back, I realize it taught me much more than acting, it taught me compassion, empathy, and the value of treating every human being with dignity. ๐ŸŒฟ

The performance became so special that we were invited to perform at different programs, including government events. ๐ŸšŒโœจ I still remember the excitement of a big police van coming to take us to the venue. ๐Ÿš“ To a little schoolgirl, it felt like the biggest achievement! ๐Ÿฅน My teachers and our school founders showered me with gifts ๐ŸŽ and so much love and encouragement. Those moments are still fresh in my heart. โค๏ธ

Finding this photo after all these years brought back a flood of beautiful memories. ๐Ÿฅน Some pictures donโ€™t just capture a moment, they preserve the lessons, emotions, and dreams that stay with us forever. ๐ŸŒธโœจ

This little black object has been in our home ๐Ÿก since I was born. Growing up, none of us knew what it was, we simply accepted it as part of the house, quietly sitting there through the years ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ.

What an unforgettable experience!

My heart is full of gratitude for every leader in Nepal and every single person who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event such an incredible success.

This was my very first in-person business meetup in Nepal, and it exceeded every expectation. The energy, the leadership, the connections, and the genuine desire to learn and grow were truly inspiring.

One of the most beautiful parts of the experience was seeing so many people invest in themselves by simply showing up. Growth begins with a decision, and the room was filled with individuals who chose growth, leadership, and a bigger future. That alone deserves to be celebrated.
