Life is bringing me all kinds of emotions- happiness, challenges, and growth all at once. But right now, I feel a deep sense of peace because I am returning home to the place where my story began. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿค

This journey feels even more special as I am bringing my children with me. I want them to experience my roots, walk through the places that shaped my childhood, and feel the love of family that still lives there.

Itโ€™s been more than 8 years since I met my siblings, nieces, and nephews, and almost 3 years since I have been with my parents. This visit is not just a reunion, itโ€™s a reminder of where I come from and what truly matters.

This Winning Wednesday, I am celebrating something bigger than awards, stages, or recognition.

This past weekend, thousands of entrepreneurs, leaders, and dreamers from around the world came together in Okinawa, Japan for the 52nd Anniversary Global Convention. ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ตโœจ

While I wasnโ€™t able to attend in person, I felt incredibly proud watching members of our Nepali team travel from the USA, Australia, Japan, Nepal, and many other countries to be part of this special event. Seeing so many individuals recognized for their hard work, growth, leadership, and commitment was truly inspiring. ๐Ÿ†

What makes this community special is not just the success storiesโ€”itโ€™s the transformation behind them. Over the past 52 years, this business has helped countless people develop confidence, leadership skills, a growth mindset, and the belief that they can create more for themselves and their families.

Every achievement begins with a decision. A decision to learn. A decision to grow. A decision to keep moving forward even when the path isnโ€™t always clear.

Today, I celebrate every person who dared to believe in a bigger future and took action toward it. Your journey inspires others more than you know.

This trip gave us beautiful memories, new experiences, countless smiles, and precious moments. From exploring incredible places to reconnecting with best friend after many years and business besties in person, Japan has filled our hearts with gratitude.

As exciting as travel is, thereโ€™s something special about heading back to the place where your roots are, where your loved ones are, and where a piece of your heart will always belong.

I saw a quote that said, ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐จ๐ง'๐ญ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐›๐ž ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ž'๐ฌ ๐›๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐ฒ. ๐๐ž ๐š ๐›๐ž๐ž. ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐›๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ, ๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ก๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฒ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฉ๐ž๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ง๐ž๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ.

And honestly, I think that's the life advice a lot of women need.

Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught that being a good person meant being liked by everyone. We learned to overexplain ourselves, keep the peace at all costs, tolerate disrespect, and bend ourselves into shapes that made other people comfortable.

The problem is, the more time you spend trying to be everyone's butterfly, the less time you spend building your own life.

I have reached a point where I don't need everyone to like me.

I don't need every invitation.

I don't need every friendship.

I don't need to convince people of my intentions or explain myself to people committed to misunderstanding me.

I have kids to raise.

Goals to chase.

A life to build.

I have honey to make.

And that's what I love about bees. They aren't flying around worried about everyone's opinion. They aren't wasting energy trying to win over people who don't like them. They're focused. They are productive. They are building something.

But they are also not pushovers.

A bee isn't looking for a fight.

A bee isn't creating drama.

A bee is minding its own business.

But if you keep disturbing its peace, eventually you will learn why it came with a stinger.

That's the energy I'm bringing into this season of life.

Less explaining.

Less people pleasing.

Less worrying about who approves.

More building.

More peace.

More honey.

And a healthy respect for the fact that boundaries exist for a reason.

This memory started on a Tuesday 16th June 2026.

While sitting in an airport lounge in Calgary ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ , sipping ๐“๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐›๐š๐œ๐ค ๐“๐ก๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  on a glass of orange juice ๐Ÿฅค , I found myself smiling at a memory that goes all the way back to 2013.

At home, I rarely buy juice because we prefer fresh fruit. But whenever I travel, orange ๐ŸŠ juice is my little tradition. It instantly takes me back to my very first trip to the United States ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ in 2013. Whether it was on the plane โœˆ๏ธ or at different places I visited, orange juice somehow became part of that exciting adventure.

Itโ€™s amazing how a simple drink can bring back so many emotions oexcitement, wonder, new beginnings, and dreams that once felt so far away.

Fast forward to today: what started as a Tuesday moment in Calgary has become my Throwback Thursday reflection from Japan. ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆโœˆ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต

Life has taken me across countries, friendships, family milestones, and business growth. And one thing hasnโ€™t changedโ€”orange juice still tastes like adventure and possibility.

And the best part? My business travels with me wherever I go. ๐ŸŒŽ๐Ÿ’ปโœจ
