HEAVY METAL TRANS AM SERIES

The Heavy Metal class is back for the 2026 Fall Season — this time as Heavy Metal Trans Am!

We’ll race two Wednesday nights per month, every other week, through October, November, and December.

2026 Race Dates:

🏁 November 18

🏁 December 2
🎄 December 16 — Christmas Race

Six races. Three months. Every other Wednesday night.

Doors open at 5:00 PM.
Racing begins at approximately 6:30 PM.

The Heavy Metal Trans Am Series will feature the classic ’71 Camaro, ’71 Mustang, and AMC Javelin bodies.

Now available from the ProSlot Speed Shop: Select Motors. Each motor is personally hand-selected by John Miller and inspected for smooth, free operation. Select Motors retain their original factory brushes and springs and have not been broken in, making them an excellent choice for racers who prefer to complete their own final preparation. For break-in, apply a very light oil that will not migrate onto the commutator, then run the motor in 10 minute to 15 minute intervals at 3–4 volts, allowing it to cool and re-oiling lightly between intervals. Keep motor temperature at or below approximately 125°F, and do not use a water-dip break-in method. View the full Select Motor lineup at ProSlot.com.
