We're looking for an energetic professional HR & Operation Manager who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats, to replace on maternity leave - with the option to stay with us for the journey. Our ideal candidate is a people's person that is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and eager to learn.
Must be available for flexible hours.
📚 - Advanced English level
👔 - Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
💻 - Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
📆 - Strong organizational and planning skills
👩🏫 - Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
💪 - Ability to take initiative and adapt
1️⃣ - 1+ years of experience in most responsibilities
Responsibilities:

- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing Executives calendars and schedules.
- Accounting - payrolls, issuing of invoices, tracking payments, Monthly & Yearly reports.
- HR - recruiting, On-Boarding process, managing welfare budget and events.
- Managing remote cites.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
🥇 Start date:
May 1st, Maternity leave replacement for 6 months
