Connecticut has long been synonymous with the insurance and financial services industry, and the health of the industry is vital to the state’s economy. For over 40 years, the Insurance Association of Connecticut (IAC) has been the voice of insurers doing business in Connecticut. We represent the interests of insurers both large and small, foreign and domestic, before decision-makers in all three

branches of state government. We also provide our members with regular updates on laws, regulations, court decisions and news stories that affect insurers doing business in Connecticut. The IAC is one of the most well-respected trade associations in Connecticut. Our team of attorneys and lobbyists has decades of experience both inside and outside of state government, and they regularly put their hard-earned reputations, contacts and expertise to work for our member companies.
