We have BIG NEWS!

Jigsaw and our sibling agency C.O.nxt have joined forces with 5by5, a full-service agency based in Nashville. Together we are 60+ people strong with offices in Nashville and Milwaukee and team members across the country. And we remain 100 percent employee owned under the 3LS family of employee-owned changemaker companies. We are beyond proud to be part of an organization unified in a mission of Doing Good and Empowering Good.

What gets better? A deeper bench in strategy, research, video, digital, media and creative. More specialists across more industries.

What stays the same? The people you know and the care we bring to every project.

We can’t wait for what’s next.

Today’s about checking in. Checking in with friends, with family, with coworkers, with ourselves. Mental health matters in every industry we touch, especially those who serve in the non-profits and healthcare organizations we’re fortunate to call clients.

We’re 100% employee-owned, which means when Jigsaw wins, the people doing the work win with it. Not a CEO relaxing on a yacht somewhere in the Caribbean. We put our profits back into ourselves, because we’re the ones who show up and make this place what it is. It’s not a novel idea. It’s good business!

Celebrating Katy Panozzo for 8 years of keeping billing running smoothly in a department where the processes and details mean everything. Katy is a cool story because she was with us for 7 years and then took a gap year and then came back. We’re glad she did and we appreciate her positive attitude and focused approach to the detail-heavy work that some of us, “Squirrel!”, aren’t cut out for.

Here’s to many more gap-free years, Katy.

Celebrating Marty Defatte for 11 years of building and mastering the tools that quietly make everyone else’s job easier. From AI-powered wizardry that saves us days of work to always being open to answering someone else’s questions, Marty’s curiosity and generosity have become a big part of how we get things done.

Keep grabbing and running with those levers of innovation, Marty.
