Anchor Point Security wasn’t built overnight.
It was built from observation.

After leaving the military, I started noticing things most people overlook.
Gaps in awareness.
Delayed response times.
A lack of presence in places that needed it most rural communities and small cities.

And when security was present, it often looked like someone in a black shirt, leaned against a wall, distracted, and disconnected from the environment around them.

That’s where problems begin.

Anchor Point was created to change that.

Met with the SBDC yesterday regarding funding and growth strategy for Anchor Point Security .

Strong conversation.
Productive direction.

We’re focused on building a company that’s structured, compliant, and dependable from day one.

And we’re positioning ourselves accordingly.

We’re not looking for everyone.
We’re looking for the right fit.

⚓️ Anchor Point Security ⚓️-UPDATE

Kameron and I are done with our training portion for Phases I and II, and are moving along to take our state exams.

MMPI will follow shortly after.
Results will be sent to CLEET.

At that time we will enroll actively in Phase IV.

State Agency Fees for five years for the agency will be paid as well as “guard cards,” issued for three years to Kameron and myself.

We look forward to bringing our military background, our standards, and our professional training, together.

We want what’s best for business owners, the community, and the families that make up the area.

I walked into this with an idea and a standard.

Today, Anchor Point Security was recognized with a Launch Rural OK
2026 Business Model Award for Southeast Oklahoma. The tools, and resources and wonderful people that put this event together are truly special.

I’m grateful for everyone who’s supported, encouraged, and believed in what we’re building.

But this doesn’t change the mission.

We’re still showing up.

Last night was a big step forward for Anchor Point Security

I had the opportunity to present our vision during the Launch Rural OK business competition.

I’m grateful for the organizers, the judges, and everyone working behind the scenes to support small businesses and rural entrepreneurship. Opportunities like this matter.

Also proud to have Heather standing beside me through this journey. Building something from the ground up takes time, patience, and a lot of belief.

No matter what comes next, we’re just getting started.
