This dock is around a year old, not quite a year old if I remember correctly. This dock never broke lose, all the damage was from wind and waves. The dock builder didnt offer a bit of warranty and quoted full price on replacing this section with the exact same thing that bent up already. We offer a lifetime warranty on any section rebuild/ replacement. Give us a call for all your dock needs and wants. We do it all 7067170527

Today was washdown Wednesday. Finished up this project yesterday and wash it off today. This dock got a wash down from the very top all the way down to the floats, a fresh coat of paint, barefoot sand weardeck decking (screwed into metal, theres nothing to rot ever), all new boat bumpers, nautistep ladder and a wash down water pump.

This one took a while. We washed the dock down from the top side of the roofing tin down to scrubbing all the junk off of the floats. The lower deck had IPE which had also been neglected for quite a while. After cleaning and allowing time for the wood to dry, we went back and applied several very heavy coats of oil. Turned out great! We now have a boat thats dedicated to cleaning and it's equipped with some fine pressure washing equipment. This boat will have other duties come spring time. Stay tuned for more and more services that we will be offering in 2026

This swim platform had some slight damage from hurricane helene, we straightened up the damage and welded in some extra supports to hold it all together. This dock was lacking some much needed bracing and we also had to weld in center supports down the walkway. We then painted the dock and installed new decking. Good to go! This dock was originally a 28x28. We added on 7' to the small side to make it a 35x28, also added in extra METAL support...

This dock was originally a 28x28. We added on 7' to the small side to make it a 35x28, also added in extra METAL supports to ensure the under deck spacing is less than 16". This job was done in stone gray veranda and we used zinc plated hardware. After the install we washed it all down real good and the customer is ready for many many years of use with no worries of anything rotting away. We appreciate all of our customers and call us for all your dock needs!

Changed out the hardware this morning while it was raining. We got a little wet but we also got it done. Changed out walkway hinge bolts as well. There'll be a video in the next post of the lift coming up

These fans make a world of difference. I could literally stand out in the sun and the breeze was overpowering the sunshine. Felt GREAT! In our opinion, every dock needs some fans! Give us a shout if you would like your dock outfitted with some fans.
