💙 Some Heroes Wear Capes… Some Give People Water 💧

We received this picture and text today, from an employee’s wife and it absolutely made our day. 🥺

“Today was Hero Day at school. Some heroes go unnoticed, but not with this kid. He wanted to be like his dad and give people water.”

Of all the superheroes he could have chosen, he chose his dad. Wearing his Phillips shirt and hat, ready to go to work just like him. 💙

Sometimes we get so busy doing our jobs that we forget there are little eyes watching—learning what hard work, service, and taking care of people looks like.

To this young man, his dad isn’t just going to work. His dad is a hero because he helps give people something as simple and essential as water.

This one means more to us than any award ever could. ❤️

May we all be reminded to not overlook those little eyes watching us. WE are their example!!

💧 580 Feet Down. Tight Quarters. No Shortcuts. 💧

Some well pump replacements are straightforward. Others require experience, precision, and a commitment to safety every step of the way.

This week, our crew replaced a 580-foot-deep well pump in an extremely tight work area where every move had to be carefully planned. Pulling hundreds of feet of drop pipe while working around overhead power lines is not a job to take lightly.

A huge thank you to Hart EMC for working with us to safely sleeve the high voltage power lines before we began. Their cooperation helped ensure our crew could complete the job safely and efficiently.

At Phillips Plumbing, Wells & Septic, safety isn’t just a policy—it’s part of how we do business. Whether we’re replacing a well pump hundreds of feet underground or handling a simple repair, our goal is always the same: do the job right and protect everyone involved.

Thank you to our hardworking crew for another job well done!
